Welcome to the Senate's second workshop looking at financial services for small businesses during COVID-19, organized by Senators Deacon, Moncion and Wetston. Last week, Senators and staff heard from traditional suppliers of liquidity: banks and credit unions. This week, we heard from leaders in the equity and investment sectors: Janet Bannister, Managing Partner at Real Ventures, Andrew Graham, Co-Founder and CEO at Borrowell, and Som Seif, President and CEO of Purpose Investments.
